Top Ten Tweets Of 2011

One of the unsung heros of the twelve days of Christmas is all the “Year in Review” shows you see on TV during this time. A barrage of sports highlights, top news stories, and newsmakers every December send me nostalgically thinking of the year that is now behind us.

Though I personally may not end up on TSN, Sportsnet, or CNN’s year-end show, I did manage to do a lot of Tweeting in 2011 and have the luxury of posting my own top 10 plays of the year-Twitter style.

10. September. 6. “For this reason a man will leave father and mother and the two will become one Facebook account.”

9. April 20. Consumers of Coke’s Smart-Water wont be satisfied when it fails to combat the intellectual deficiencies of those dumb enough to pay for it.

8. April 1. Christians were fed to lions and tortured for preaching the exclusive claims of Christ. It’ll be ok if people make fun of you. #2000years

7. June 3. Found a picture of those cute Chilean minors that were in the news last year. http://bit.ly/lQuAny

6. February 22. I do all my own Twitter admin. -admin

5. August 25. Dance like the photo isn’t being tagged, love like you’ve never been unfriended, and tweet like nobody is following.

4. April 14. Hanging out with Alliance pastors as they work towards ordination. This may be the last retreat we can leave the toilet seat up.

3. October 30. I can’t remember why I joined the Oxford Goldfish Club.

2. October 19. We lock doors for mostly the same reason unless it’s a bathroom door because that’s a totally different reason.

1. January 1. It’s nice to know that 2011 is a year with no mistakes in it yet.
