I was giving a budding blogger some advice on the “art of blogging” and among the pointers such as word count, paragraph brevity and subtitles, I caught myself in some hypocrisy. 

“…and they say that if you want to keep people coming to your site you should update your blog consistently and predictably…But then again I’m too sporadic and never listen to them anyway.

So Just write whenever you want.”

Just keeping expectations at appropriate levels. This is a free service after all.
